I love the look and features. I have had trouble adjusting the flame, setting from very low simmer to high. Also not as east to clean as you have to remove all the grates to clean one section.

Very elegant looking oven at medium-range pricing. Burners are good and of different strengths. A major limitation, perhaps due to design fault, is that the grates slide off the base ever so easily. We have had hot food spilled several times. It is a safety issue, besides causing mess. Otherwise I would have given a 5* rating.

It has been around 6 weeks that we installed this cooktop. So far it has provided positive experience, with a just few negatives. Pros: - 5 burners of various strengths - Nicely designed and optimized layout - I researched many competing models, but not too many others in the industry have knobs that are built of solid metal; also the knobs are nice-looking. - Continuous grate is helpful Cons: - The specs as written (also as I was given to understand by tech support team) requires a little wider slot for installation. I was going nuts trying to get outside contractors prepare a larger hole than my prior cooktop cutout. That is a bigger project than one can imagine. However, good news is that I did not need to do that. I wish the specs were more accurate, also wish that the customer support team actually had taken the effort to provide correct requirement to me. (It would have relieved me of additional time that was not necessary.) - One major design flaw we find in that the grates (solid and heavy) keep sliding off from its designed location. any little grease or oil on the surface dislodges these grates. And, they are not easily re-positioned. I wish they were designed with better way to remain in place.
