We bought this downdraft, and had it installed a few weeks ago, and really like it!! It works great, and is so much taller than our last one, so it doesn't such the burner flame out!!
Not worth the money

We have had this unit for about 2 years and it has been nothing but trouble. The pop-up only rose all the way for about 6 months and the on-off switch which starts the raising or lowering of the unit no longer turns the fan off when it lowers. The company we bought it from replaced several parts and the unit worked ok, it seldom would not raise or lower all the way without help and the on-off button would randomly shut the fan off, for another 8 months but since then the unit never raises or lowers without help and the on-off switch never shuts the fan off.
