Once we got it installed it looked great, worked great, but getting it installed was a bear. To get the sheet metal screws into the mounting brackets took all the torque I could muster. Me thinks the holes in the bracket were not pre-drilled to the correct diameter. Something...

Hood itself seems to work ok. I’ve not used it but twice. Dissatisfied that out of the box the vent filters were dented (GE did replace them). And there are two cosmetic issues found, but it was past the deadline to report.
