Replaces same model that was 4 years old but did not fascia for built in appearance. New one did and installation of fascia was completed without a problem. Looks great and wife is happy.

This is our 3rd or 4th microwave of this model. It keeps breaking, but since it’s a built-in, we need to buy the same model again and again.

Lots of special cooking choices. Popcorn button works grea. Express cook is so convenient and easy. Love the large numbers for the clock. The timer is always a nice tool to have and it’s easy to locate. The inside is darker than the previous microwave but getting to like the color much better. Easy to clean. It does seem more difficult to see the food being cooked. It does detect food and will not cook if no food is in the microwave.

This is my second GE Profile microwave. Both lasted only 3 years. When the first one broke, I had to replace the skin because they discontinued the model I had. Unless I want to buy another new skin, I have to buy this model again, and replace it in 3 years again. Wasteful and environmentally unfriendly.

Love the sleek design and the grey interior. I wasn't sure it would blend with my other stainless appliances but it looks like my oven doors which works out great. I used the Black Slate surround which gave the whole unit a modern edge.
