Never worked right from the moment I unboxed it. Had continuous problems with the door, and it didn't work more often than it did. Returned within the retailer's time and exchanged for a different product.

Very convenient display buttons makes it a pleasure to use. New Technology makes it for a wonderful cooking experience. GE has maintained its reputation for quality products. The design is pleasant to look at and bleeds in perfectly with my kitchen design.

Pandemic-caused shortages made the replacement of my previous microwave oven very difficult. While I like the size and power of this model, I have no use for the Alexa/Google Home integration. I like to enter an exact time, not use presets. It's a bit cumbersome to hit a button first before entering the time.
