New microwave works great. I do wish they had kept the 6 minute express cook button (instead of limiting it to only 1 - 5 minutes) as it's especially useful for one of my favorite microwave entrees. Also wish they made it easier to change the charcoal filter as it seems that in order to do so I'll need to loosen the mounting screws holding the oven in place over my stove.

Compared to our old microwave, this GE model has a brighter light and stronger, and quieter, vent fan. I did the installation myself and it went okay, better than my spouse had predicted.

Installed for one month now, so far we love it. Black exterior blends well with dark cabinets. Dark interior ( not white) is easy to clean. Spacious.

This is our third GE microwave, first one lasted 16 years, 2nd one lasted 10 years and each one has gotten more advanced with improved cooking features. Couldn’t be happier!
