Giving a "generic" review at this time. Purchased on 4-4, delivered on 4-7. Installed on 4-15. All went well with the installation. When I opened the oven to set the racks two of the four were so tight I had to pull quite hard to remove. They don't fit on the lower slots in either oven, scrape when I try to enter in upper slots. Don's waste your time calling. Human contact doesn't exist and chat is inactive.I purchased this product based on reviews and experience with an induction cook top so I ultimately expect once this is corrected to elevate the rating.Customer support is quite lacking

The oven cooks really well. The first cake I baked in it was a huge success. Everyone told me it was my best cake ever! Very nice looking appliance. Iâm really enjoying it.

The Oven is perfect. The operation is very quite and efficient. Installation went very well and required no modification to my cabinets. Operation is simple and straight forward and so far we love the oven.
