Pros: Looks great, intuitive touchscreen, solid doors, the oven bakes excellent cookies, and the microwave heat up food like a champCons: the top panel housing the LCD screen wobbles and there is an annoying rattle when you close the microwave door. A $4k unit should have better build quality than that. I was able to fix these by sliding the unit out and affixing some pads to the corners and against the metal that caused the rattle. My rating would have been 5 stars otherwise.
