Bread Proof Function
provides consistent low heat to help activate the yeast in dough while it proofs, promoting rise and infusing flavor. For best results, set the Humidity Slide Control to Moist while proofing.

Custom-Control Technology
takes the guesswork out of choosing heat settings for three warming drawer functions: Food Warming, Slow Cook and Bread Proof. Use the control knob to quickly and easily select from defined temperature ranges for each function.

Humidity Slide Control
adjusts moisture levels in the drawer to help retain the flavor and texture of different foods. The Dry Setting lets steam escape, great for baked goods and fried foods. The Moist Setting seals in moisture, great for egg dishes, roasts and vegetables.

Sensor Temperature Control
maintains steady low temperatures while slow cooking, warming and proofing. It uses a thermostat to monitor the heat inside the warming drawer and automatically adjusts as needed to prevent overheating.

Slow Cook Function
can be used in place of a countertop slow cooker, eliminating the need for a separate appliance and saving counter space. It cooks food slowly at a low temperature, great for braising meats and vegetables or building flavor in stews and curries.

Two-Position Racks
can be placed front-to-back or side-to-side to accommodate cookware in a variety of shapes and sizes. Warming drawer includes two racks.

Handy addition to the Kitchen

It's handy because I can cook ahead, and not have to do everything at the last minute. It also is very attractive in out kitchen. I have used the warming and the slow cook function, I would suggest that the knob be on the outside rather than having to open the drawer, because the heat escapes when I adjust the knob. When using the slow cooker, I have to cover the pot with foil so I can't peek in without opening the drawer. I love the large size because it holds a lot. However, I love it and will continue to use it because it's very easy to use, and it does the job. I'm so happy we got it.

It works as advertised. However during installation the bearings fell out of the drawer slides. They are pretty flimsy. After installing new slides it worked fine.
nice addition, a bit pricey

We like the way it enriches the look of our combo oven-microwave but $1400 for a simple draw with a single heating element. It's basically a large toaster oven

This is my second warming drawer and there are endless ways to use, not just for keeping a plate warm... the best is during holidays and parties, totally indispensable.
