Junk-Control Panel Fails

Bought this unit in January 2016, when it was installed the control panel was bad. It took 18 days to get it working. June 2016, the control panel went out again and it took 21 days to get it repaired. September 2019, the control panel is out again. There is a design issue with this unit do not buy this unit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I’m so thrilled with my new range! The convection oven is a dream. I was a little hesitant but I haven’t experienced any cooking difference from my old electric oven. I can bake three trays of cookies at one time with all trays getting the same heat! Amazing! KitchenAid convection range all the way!!!

Have been using my new stove for the past two weeks. All the features of a much more expensive stove. Powerful gas range easy to use and adjust. Oven is spacious and bakes evenly. My second Kitchen Aid Dual Fuel. First one lasted 25 years without a service call. Only comment is uneven heating of griddle and no temperature probe in oven as in my first dual fuel.
