I have had this stove for about a month. I love all the features it has to offer. The only down fall of the whole oven is that the glass cook top is very hard to keep clean. Other than that i would highly recommend this oven to everyone.

Wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy if I had one! Got oversold on it because of Kitchen Aid's so called quality. Everytime we use it, grime builds on any burner we use. Contacted our sales rep, send pictures to their corporate office, who sent them to Kitchen Aid. Their response was that it was a "cosmetic" issue and since it had been over 30 days it was no longer covered. The store finally agreed to send one of their technicians to look at it. Right away he claimed that we were sliding the pans across and that was the reason it looked scratched. Ironically, he recommended we use a blade to scrape off the grime when we clean it. Reading other reviews I now know that it is not an isolated issue, other people have had the same problem. I wish I would have done more research instead of taking the friendly sales lady advice to buy Kitchen Aid quality. Our old range lasted 18 years and it never looked nowhere near as bad. I don't want to have to buy another one anytime soon but I hope that it doesn't last 18 years because that means 18 years of my wife reminding me how glad she is that I bought a quality product from a reputable company like Kitchen Aid. Too bad that reputable company has to hide flaws in their products behind a "cosmetic" issue banner!

Very good looking. Love the double oven. Was concerned with the bottom oven being so low but the slide out rack makes it quite easy. Love the convenience of the small upper oven and use this a lot, ie. baked potatoes, bread, casseroles. Only drawback is the small burners for keep warm and melt. Would gladly give up one of those for another small burner. The large triple burner is quite difficult to find a simmer temp, either full boil or barely on.
