I love my new induction range. Does not seem to heat up as fast as I thought it would. Used convection with multiple racks and food came out great.

Upon receipt and installation, found that rack slide and anti-tip was not included. Also Upon found that stainless oven door was discolored and oven light did not work. A rack slide was ordered and we subsequently received two boxes , one containing another oven rack and the other a refrigerator shelf. Neither box contained a rack slide. We are waiting on a stainless oven door and hopefully someone will come to fix the oven light.

This is an awesome range, but you need to keep the manual handy. The induction cooktop is amazing, and the oven works as expected. However, the controls are not intuitive without referring to the manual, especially with the oven. You get used to it, like anything else, but if you have company they'll struggle to use it without asking for help. The rebate process was possibly the best I've ever seen -- it was easy and smooth to fill out and the virtual prepaid card was delivered quickly.

I am a long time serious cook in my 70s. My 28 year old workhorse gas stove was hanging on by its toes, and finally wasn't going to work anymore. I have only ever cooked with gas, and was nervous about going induction. Well, besides the fact that the stove works perfectly, it is so much fun to learn new ways of cooking using induction. Everything is a little different, but I am mastering it and loving it.I may change the 4 to a 5 once I have had a chance to learn all the functions.

After our old stove finally gave in, we searched for a replacement. The induction cooktop is beyond our expectations. Itâs sleek and clean lines are classic. The three racks in oven are fabulous for family size. The oven, doesnât heat the house. I cooked seafood in oven and the remainder of the house had no clues (no smell). It is hands down our best purchases.
