I love the stainless top! So easy to clean! The oven lights are so helpful when cooking. As soon as you open the door they light up! The oven seems to take some time heating up and I’m still trying to figure out cooking times with convection as it seems to cook hotter and faster. This is definitely a quality appliance! But buyer beware if you have small children in the house as the knobs are in front and it doesn’t take much to turn them on.

I really like this stove, the only drawback for me is the heat vent for the top oven causes the stovetop knobs to get hot.

Acccording to your own sevice tech, Patrick, the smaller oven doesn't work and I should have bought a single oven range. When it said "preheat done insert food" the temp was 80 degrees below the set temp of 350. The display screen said 350 but his own probe said 270. He says that is how it is supposed to work though the manual disagrees. I would not recommend this product since your own tech does not!

I have had this since June and performance is great. My only complaint is the way the cooktop grates interlock. Not very intuitive - my wife ended up scratching the stainless top in trying to remove for cleaning.
