Range is fantastic lots of space and cooking power. My only complaint is that the simmer bummer only works 10% of the time. I will be calling to get a rep out to fix that soon. I would give 5 stars if the simmer worked properly.

For nearly $5,000, you'd expect to get an oven that lights immediately, heats up quickly and cooks and bakes perfectly. Sadly, this isn't what this oven does. If you don't hold down the oven knob perfectly and turn it at the right moment, the oven will not light or heat up. There is no indication that the oven is not warming other than to open the door to make sure it's actually getting warmer. Sadly, we have tried to light the oven to pre-heat and come back to put dinner in the oven 15 minutes later to only realize the oven never lit and we have to wait another 15 minutes to make sure it's actually lighting. When you press the dial in to start the gas and turn the dial, the ignitor starts clicking for 10 seconds, but there is no indication that it has actually lit. No digital readout of the temperature setting means that if you want a precise temperature between 350-400 degrees, it is simply a guess. If you miss the barely audible pre-heat tone, you will never know whether the oven is actually at temperature or not. Despite the circulating fan inside the oven constantly running, the oven does not heat evenly and consistently burns one side of the meals that we are trying to prepare. The dials for the cook top work well, but often times takes multiple attempts to get the lit burner to maintain a flame. This oven is beautiful in our home, but is rudimentary at best when it comes to features or precision of use. I love the look, but am very disappointed in the quality.

This stove was delivered 12.18.21 and we still do not have a functional oven. It was identified as defective by the installer the week of 12.20, the oven never stops heating regardless of set temperature, clearly a safety concern. It took until 1.24.22 for a repair person to come who didn't have the part, said it would take a couple of days, haven't heard from him since. Beyond that the stove seems cheaply made and not worth anything close to what we paid, burners can't be turned low enough, no oven temp display etc. Buy something else, definitely wish we had.

I'm so happy to actually write a review! I have finally built my dream home AC/DC with that came my dream kitchen. I'll be honest, I was looking for a Wolf gas range, but that wasn't possible due to the pandemic and everything being back ordered. So the sales man offered me the Bosch. At that point really did have a choice, I needed the range for inspection to pass. When I got home I started googling reviews and I was hesitant I made a bad choice. Well I'm glad to say I didn't! Love my range, love the way it cooks and functions. Reviews people had posted are very misleading. When my uvdn is ready the beep is loud and clear! Cooks to perfection both range and oven! I'm obsessed abd very happy with my choice!
