Horrible Burners - Cannot get help

We bought this about 11 months ago and thought all was OK. Only after using the 3 smaller burners on stove top and having others comment that it took so long to cook did we start to question. It can take up to 20 minutes to boil water on the 3 smaller burners, which is ridiculous. They just don't get hot and it takes 3 times as long to cook now. We had a service call last week and the authorized service person said the gas burners were working per specification and there was nothing further they could do. File # 7726330856 We had an older Whirlpool gas range before this one and had no issues at all with any of the burners. Some of the burners were even less BTU's and they had a much stronger flame than this new oven. We are extremely disappointed in the oven and Whirlpool's response and unwillingness to help with this issue. Now, it's getting close to being out of warranty and we may be stuck with an oven that just doesn't work right.

We have not had this stove for a month but my wife is extremely happy with it. She loves the double oven and the simplicity of the controls. We had another brand of range but this one is above it by far.

I am loving the new stove. Ovens could be a little deeper and you to pretty much bend over completely to get in the bottom oven. But I really do love how well it works
