got the oven/range home and unpacked all the wrapping and found that there were 2 dings in the stainless steel panel cover the store offered 10% off for the damage or I could bring it back and they would order another. the part is about $86 dollars to replace. need better quality control.

I bought this 4 month. First month it melted the control panel while broiling. The next month the grate broke, consistent to other reviews. It’s on the left side grate. It’s true the grate is too high and need to always put the flame high in order to cook. It’s not energy efficient. I like Whirlpool, I replaced all my kitchen appliances, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, but this is the worst quality product I got from Whirlpool.
