The front-leading feature is a real boon, making access much easier than it was for my old dryer. Also, it seems to dry things more quickly than the old dryer did.

When I bought my dryer I was not sure that I would like the door that came down instead of the one that swung to the side. However, I absolutely love it. It is amazing that it is not hitting the wall when I am trying to get laundry out. It was not an issue for me for the extra wait time when ordering the item, however I do understand how it might be for someone else. My product was delivered with care, and I have had no issues and hope to have no issues for the entirety of my ownership.
