We bought this unit a few weeks ago and have given it a good workout since. My wife and I have had several of these laundry center units in regular size homes. My wife just likes the compact ease of use. They wash and dry on equal with much more expensive stand alone models and this unit has been no different. Best compliment ever? I would buy again!

Machine requires learning curve. Not at all like the one it replaced. It assumes you've never washed clothes before. Washer is really loud, especially when spinning. Can't watch tv with it going. Also the tub is way too deep for the average person. I am 5'4" and can just barely get items off the very bottom. Can't imagine a shorter person using it. After a visit from an ASI technician who fixed the problem of not being able to open the dryer door and him offering me some pointers (that are not in the manual) I am getting along with it better.
