Bought this a week ago and love it.Was a little confusing on the electrical hookup.Has one plug that runs whole unit. Needed to ignore existing dryer 220 plug. Converted existing washer 110 to a 120v. Was simple to do after talking to an electrician friend.

We haven’t had this unit very long. It is in one of our rentals. We used it right after it was installed. It seems that the dryer doesn’t dry like I would like it too. The washer is relatively quiet and it fits great in a small space

We bought this stackable in Jan as part of a renovation but when the customer went to go use it last week for the first time, the washer won’t even turn on. Whirlpool sent out a technician who claimed the unit needed 240v when it clearly states 120v? What a dead head? Needless to say no resolution was found. Whirlpool won’t replace the unit even though it’s brand new and never used. It looks as though we will have to purchase another unit if whirlpool won’t provide a solution! UNBELIEVABLE! We have the receipt and proof we purchased. Whirlpool won’t replace because we didn’t buy a warranty!!! Just wrong on every level. We will NEVER purchase Whirlpool again.
