Not being able to have lid open while washer is filling is silly, stops me from being able to use liquid detergent unless I wait until the water is in the washer basket. I am not going to throw away the liquid soap I had before, that is foolish. I also am very surprised at the inadequate information in the manual, yet it has to be supplied in 4 languages. The directions for soap addition on page 6 say to put it in after the clothes, but on page 11 tells you to place detergent packets before adding clothes. I only chose this stacking washer/dryer due to it's measurements, I had no other choice with the depth measurement to fit my townhouse mechanical room, sad that the features are so lacking. Even this review form is stilted in such a way to in your words to "inspire other shoppers"

The worst washing machine I have ever purchased. If I had the product information before I purchased the unit, I would have never bought this unit.

Only had space for this size laundry and it has not disappointed. Works great so far. Not big so can't wash a large load, but great for one person.

This unit has less noise than the last one. An issue is the top load washer. I have to be careful taking clothes out so I don’t hit my head. The unit works well. It also does not have a place to put detergent, you have to either put it on the clothes or before you put the clothes inside.

I had to replace my old stackable, I really like this model. It fits so much more laundry than my old stackable, it's quiet and efficient .
