I absolutely would not recommend this product or any purchase from this company. They cannot find the parts needed to repair my washer. Their warranty will not replace only repair and they cannot provide a repair in a timely matter. Over $100 in laundromat fees and hours spent there and all whirlpool has to say is there is nothing they can do but keep waiting. I’ve been escalated to several customer service agents who all say the same thing. It is beyond frustrating that a company cannot find the parts needed to repair their own machine. I’d suggest looking elsewhere for a more reliable company and washing machine. The dryer that accompanies this set has also broken and leaked since buying it.

Our washer was delivered on Nov 1. I do not like the loud noise that it makes in the final spin cycle. It is a very loud noise caused by vibration. It seems to me that this would not be part of the way the washing machine should properly function. Is this a defect of the machine or is it an issue with the installation or is it both?
