Worst customer service I have ever encountered! We have a new maytag washer (MHW6630HW) that needs a new motor after 3 months of use. The part is currently on backorder internationally and we've gone without a washer for 3 weeks now. The subcontracted repair person called Maytag's support line only to hear them say try this but if that doesn't work the drum will need replaced. Maytag is clueless on the repair and just guessing at this point. The consumer support has no remorse for their products being complete junk. I will never purchase another product from this company again.

I bought this washer a couple weeks ago because I loved my previous Maytag Front Loader, however I am disappointed with my new washer. It does not have a light which make it difficult to see if you missed any clothes in the washer and the door does not reverse which makes it awkward to use and we had to go to a lot of extra work to get it to work in the space I have. I preferred the controls on the top like they were on my old washer. It does give you more options as far as washing and does a good job cleaning and spinning out the laundry. I would recommend it with some notices to certain features.
