Can not wash any large items without spilling water on the floor. This has happened every time we attempted to wash a blanket or sleeping bag. The reason we purchased it was to wash large items. Sorry we purchased a front loader.

I wish I still had my 16 year old Maytag washer and pedestal. My new one shimmies across the floor when the clothes or towels are the slightest bit off center on spin mode. The service technician said the pedestal is too flimsy to support the washer and the only suggestion was to bolt it to the floor. I NEVER had that problem with my old washer and pedestal. The plastic soap dispenser isn’t as sturdy either.

I bought my Maytag washer and dryer about three weeks ago, and I have been washing everyday. I have done bulky loads like quilts duvets and mattress covers, to delicates and sweaters, everything has washed great.
