My washing machine was only about three months old when the noise started. I've had five visits over two months from a technician and they can't fix this. They have replaced the drum, one other part, and attempted twice to replace the sator but both times the plug on the replacement sator does not fit into the plug on the board in the machine. I've called Maytag service a few times and all they can do is rely on what the technician has to say. If they are able to fix it they say we need to fix it. I find it very hard to believe that all the additional vibration (please watch the video) is not causing other issues that will arise in month 13 after the manufacturer's warranty expires. Maytag, it is time to stand behind your product and work with me to get this replaced!
