I bought this refrigerator back in April 2019, and already had to call a Technicon to repair this product. I was hoping that I would have more luck with a USA product verses a foreign made product (Samsung), but I was wrong., not to mention the amount of food that I had to discard due to this product failure.

25 years ago we purchased a KitchenAid refrigerator that was so nice. After 15 years we were swayed to buy a different manufacturer's product. We ended up putting the KitchenAid in a second home (which we sold) and it was still running strong. As nice as the new one looked on the outside, it did not stand up to the quality of the KitchenAid. So we are back, with our new and beautiful 5 door stainless steel with Platinum interior refrigerator, and couldn't love it more! Organization, beauty and quality. Next we will get the matching appliances to perfect out kitchen. Thank you KitchenAid!

I've had the refrigerator for about 2 years and it started leaking and making strange noises. It's no longer cooling, currently it only cools down to 48 degress. The freazer and ice maker leaks water everywhere. I'm terrably disappointed. After paying so much money for the refridgurator I expected better quality.
