Poor design. Only light is on top shelf. Items in crisper were freezing and the fix was adding a piece of duct tape with 2 holes to an existing hole between the freezer and refrigerator to stop the cold air. This done on a brand new unit. Frigidaire repair person said itâs a common problem

I donât know where to start but here goes, we brought the fridge from Home Depot 6-13-2023 it was delivered 6-16-2023 it was put together and the ice maker doesnât work the freezer door doesnât close whenever we open the fridge the freezer door opens and we have to push to create a seal or use zip ties , we call Home Depot and they refer to Frigidaire they send someone out who states that that they donât know anything about that particular fridge the next one didnât understand what to do and the third check the fridge out and states that it is defected and we should get another one however the customer service is very rude and disrespectful they sent someone else out to look and order a new ice maker and new seal it was place around 2:30 3 pm 7-20-2023 itâs now 8:30 pm and still no ice the door isnât closing. My question is what do we do now that so many individuals came and the issue isnât resolved.
