I was so excited to receive my new refrigerator. I was especially looking forward to the ice dispenser, and the large inside for better storage. Nothing but problems my dispenser continues to leak I have to keep a towel on the shelf or I would have water on the floor. I have had 2 opinions and 2 replacements of the unit. Now they are going to replace the freezers door. Whirlpool has been wonderful in trying to find a solution but I feel this ice maker was poorly designed. I will continue to let them find the answer. In the end I will need to find a better whirlpool model. PS it is very loud and very annoying, they say that is normal. Let’s see what happens in 6 weeks that is how long they said it would take to get the new door.

I've had this fridge about 2 months... and I love it... can't say enough good things... I was scared reading the reviews because of complaints of noise... ...but it is quiet.. Ice maker works great... this is an awesome product! Great job Whirlpool... now I know why my dad and brother recommend your products all the time to their customers looking for both new and used appliances... they are built to last..
