I have been wanting a new refrigerator for almost a year and really liked the features of this particular one for the price. It is very spacious and has an adjustable shelf in the fridge as well as the freezer. I also love that it is fingerprint resistant!

The door stays closed, no pressure issues. Smaller than what we had but we are adjusting. Too soon to tell about repairs, our old one only lasted 5yrs.

Have had refrigerator for a couple of weeks.. it replaced one that had 1 1/2 more cubic feet. This one appears to hold same amount or more of food. Both refrigerator and freezer sides hold temperature well. On the other hand, water/ice dispenser has trouble delivering ice cubes without throwing in crushed ice as well. And, would be nice if both refrigerator and freezer sections had build in thermometers.

I originally reviewed this refrigerator a year ago on 9/29/18, when it was in our house for 24 hrs. This was not the refrigerator I ordered from a local dealer and my husband didn’t want to return it because it’s “just a refrigerator”. I wanted the water and ice dispenser next to each other, not in front of each other.A year later, I can honestly say this is the worst appliance I have ever owned! We only replace appliances when they break, so unfortunately I’m gonna have to deal with this one for awhile. The shelves on the door are plastic and adjustable, but the glass shelves in the fridge are not. When you open the refrigerator door, hold onto it, because it flops open if you let it go. The ice maker ALWAYS drips water/ice. If you get ice, about 5 minutes later a piece of ice will fall out of the dispenser onto the floor(every time).The catch tray always has water in it. We have actually placed a towel in the catch tray under the water and ice dispenser. The water dispenser in front of the ice dispenser is a big design flaw to me. Depending on the size of the cup, when you try to get ice it will hit the water dispenser spraying water onto the floor. My son won’t even use the ice dispenser, he opens the door to get ice( so, what’s the purpose of having an ice maker on the outside of the door?) If I had not been at work when this refrigerator was delivered I would never have accepted it. Unfortunately, my husband did not know what refrigerator I had actually ordered. VERY dissatisfied with this refrigerator!!! Should have stood my ground with the hubby and returned it the Monday after it was delivered. The dealer swore this was the one I ordered, even though the one I wanted cost $400.00 more than this one. Wish I had saved the text message to the Local/independent/small dealer, that had the model number of the one I wanted! I don’t think I’ll ever purchase another whirlpool product. READ all the reviews before you buy this.
