We purchased an LG refrigerator in Nov 2022. Since owning it the freezer has been an issue. A lot of items were not remaining frozen when it was moderately full. We have since been storing any items in a separate freezer and only using it for ice ice cream and soups. We have tried troubleshooting changing temperatures and changing the air flow vents in the freezer and this unit wont even keep ice cream frozen. We have tried all combinations of air flow temperature settings and moving items around in the freezer for air flow. The vents are not blocked we deal with compressors and refrigeration issues all the time in the commercial restaurant we own. I believe the unit was made poorly and am seeking either a full refund or credit to purchase a better refrigerator. Based on the design of the unit I would assume this is not the first time youre getting a complaint about these types of units. I submitted a trouble request for service to LG over a month ago and have still not been contacted for service or repair.

Great refrigerator LG plenty of space and draws cools evenly top and bottom the only thing missing was a light in the freezer why was that not included LG has excellent engineers and Im sure that the cost would have been minimal. This was my reason for the 4 stars still a very good unit.

For a small refrigerator/ freezer it sure holds a lot of drinks and food. We have a washer / dryer and a French door refrigerator/ freezer all LG products. The new LG refrigerator is in the garage as an overflow for drinks and meats. Awesome quality

The surface of this item will not hold magnets so it cannot be stainless steel. My family photos are still seeking a new display location. The surface will glisten quite well if you use a stainless steel polish. The item does work as advertised so far.

Fridge has great lighting. Freezer makes cubes quickly. Great shelf adjustments. Very pleased with the performance and its Super quiet. Only draw back is the stainless steel and finger prints. A small price to pay for a Great Fridge. Good value for the money.
