We just bought a new Forest River Flagstaff Micro Lite travel trailer. New to us is the 12 volt GE fridge. Two trips and it works really well. I feel better not having gas lines to this, and cools faster than our gas units did, along with extra space inside. No problems with it at all.

The refrigerator came with the new travel trailer we purchased. We ordered back in March and it wasn’t ready until October. Not knowing what refrigerator we would get in the trailer, we were pleasantly surprised that it was a GE. very nice indeed!! Great room, always cod and ready to roll down the Highway!! Love it!!

The first travel trailer we owned had the traditional, 6 cu ft, gas/electric fridge. This one is so much bigger at 9.8 cu ft, 12-volt dc, and both the refrigerator section and the freezer section are larger. Plus, in several states, it is illegal to run the gas fridge while hauling down the highway. This one is on when you plug the trailer connectors to your truck. Plus it has the solar panel on top. Just a much better fridge compared to the first one we had.

I only used this fridge 6 times in my travel trailer and no longer gets cold. I tried to get GE to service it and they refused.
