we purchased the fridge about 2 months ago its quiet efficient and roomy... glass shelves are sturdy its the perfect cassita addition..you can get the ice maker feature if you choose

I purchased this refrigerator about a couple of weeks ago. I love it. There is plenty of space for all my food, cools very well, and fits perfect in my utility room. If you are looking for a refrigerator I highly recommend this one!

I purchased the appliance on 12/1/18 so I would receive it before the holidays. The original date was 12/17/ Unfortunately the delivery was changed to 1/5/19. When the 1st refrigerator came it was damaged and was never brought into my home. Then the exchange took place on 1/14/19 and that refrigerator was delivered, plugged in and in less than 24 hours it never cooled. I had to call back again for a third exchange. This one did happen quite fast and on 1/19/18 I now have a refrigerator that is working. This was truly an inconvenience since I am required to wait at home with a 4 hour time span for delivery. I was a little frustrated and expected a better quality product from Whirlpool. Now with that said the delivery associates, Customer Service representatives and all other associates that I spoke with were very professional and nice. They could tell I was upset and really seemed to want to assist me with my situation. They should all be commended. Excellent customer service.
