I bought this cook top to convert from electric to gas. easy installation. easy to use. Burners have nice range of btu's and water boils quickly on largest one at 6500ft altitude. Cleaning isn't too bad. The downdraft filter catches crumbs and food and can easily be pulled and run through a faucet to clean. It looks nice in our countertops and definitely adds to the kitchen appearance. Would buy again.

as I said I like the stainless. my former jenn-air was a four burner with a center downdraft with a glass base. I can honestly say I hated it. Cleanup was a nightmare. I like the simmer burner is in the back so more frequently used burners are up front and more convenient.I also like the vent is more shallow and easier to clean. I like that the knobs are stainless. my former ones were plastic. tacky

This stove is great! I love that the knobs are stainless and are on the side of the stove. Our last stove had plastic knobs in the middle and we were forever melting them. It's easy to clean, attractive, and cooks great!

THE GRATES ARE TOO ROUGH TOO SLIDE A LARGE KETTLE OF BOILING POTATOES OFF. THE KNOBS BECOME TOO HOT TO TURN OFF. DID YOU TEST IT????
