Microwave is very good. The install kit isn't so good. I cannot get the 2 top screws to fasten into the mounting plate.

Repaired three times and threw it away!!!

The part that allows the door to open broke three times and repaired two times. After three tries we threw the microwave away. Service technician recommended we get rid of it because it would only break again. It lasted about two months out of warranty.

This is the fourth time we had to replace the magnetron. I think there is a defect in the engineering of this product. We are stuck with it because it is a built-in and the only one that comes in white that fits this size. Keeping fingers crossed that the fourth time is a charm. I would not recommend it at all.
