After my first Electrolux microwave lasting only 16 months before needing replacement my wife and I thought it was important to keep our kitchen all Electrolux. That was our mistake. The newer model that was replacing our non-functioning model was on back order. After a 3 month wait we were excited when we were told it was in. We made arrangements for installation. They came installed it, plugged it in and nothing. The control panel asked for the clock to be set but non of the buttons on the panel worked. Buyer beware.
