We love the way the microwave looks and the functionality. Many more features on this that were not on the one it replaced. Easy to clean and keep looking good. The only downside for me is the LED panel that controls all th functions of the microwave. It was a little taxing setting the microwave up. Once setup, it was great. However, after a power outage, the LED panel stopped showing anything. We had the hardest time finding how to get something on the screen to reset the clock and other functions. Now that it is setup again, we love the microwave.

I was encouraged by the “my cycle” feature, but alas it does nothing more than add time to to the cook. I was under the impression that the power level could also be customized. This is not the case. Also, the Chef Connect feature also fails far too often so that I have to re-pair with my range.
