This is still very new here and has only been used once or twice so we'll know more in time. Still, it is exactly what we needed to maximize our counter space after having a larger countertop microwave. It also is easy to use and is compact which is certainly important to us since we had limited under-the-cabinet room.

I bought this model because I wanted more space between the top of the stove and the bottom of the microwave to make it easier to cook on the stove with out splashing the microwave. Even with the smaller volume of the microwave I am able to cook everything in it that I did in the larger volume microwave.

I bought this microwave to fit in a space that restricted access to the door swinging open. The design of the door opening 90 degrees was great. Easy installed do it yourself instructions on Youtube
