This range was in a recently renovated home that I purchased so it was not selected by me. Visually I find it stunning! It has a lot of great features and I find the oven heats evenly and appreciate the wide variety of functions. The cooktop performs well too but I haven't yet mastered turning on the burner and having it stay lit on the first try. I'm not new to gas so I'm a little surprised by that and will accept that it may be user error. I do find the grates to be a little too spacious for setting things like smaller dishes and pots on them without the item tipping. Unfortunately the oven is not currently working on a couple of the most basic functions and I'm waiting on Bosch service to repair them. Fortunately they failed just inside the warranty period, but it does raise question to the overall longevity of what I expect to be a premium product. Long story short, overall it's nice but I do have some concerns that the oven failed so quickly after purchase.

The range looks great but within a month 2 things already broken. #1) The clock started to drift and become faster. Within a week it was an hour ahead. #2) The oven stop working and would not heat up after 3 weeks. The last item that gave this a 2 star is I have to wait a month to fix my oven! No other local vendor that was on Bosch vendor list would even fix their range unless you bought from them directly.

The oven hasn't worked properly since we bought this in February 2021. Five service calls later and now the oven has gone completely out and Bosch won't do anything about it. Worst stove I've ever had.

I purchased in August 2020. Oven would not work. The oven would not run on only manual. Called for service. Due toCovid it took 3 months for someone to come. The service person said he needed to order parts and they are back ordered. July 2021 service called again. He said the stove could not be fixed. Awful service. Now I need to know if I can get my own service I have had no oven for 1 year. Needed to buy a air fryer. My advise stay clear of purchasing a Bosch stove.

In late March, I bought the 800 Series Dual Range. Two weeks later the oven ceased to work. After five technician visits, for which I had to wait anywhere between 2 to 3 weeks for each visit, multiple parts replacements, and months of frustration, I am the owner of a useless stove that Bosch dosn't know how to fix. Bosch has done nothing but sent technicians and say how sorry they are. This has not helped one bit. If you are considering buying this product, don't.
