We've already had a problem with this unit. It "locked". LOC on screen with a lock icon. I went on Youtube and it was suggested to unplug it. Kind of hard with the pedastal (sp?) it's on. We turned the circuit breaker off and on a couple of times, pressed a lot of buttons and finally got the dryer to work. Customer service put us on hold for ten minutes. Not acceptable.

This dryer was installed on 5/23/2019. From the beginning, I keep getting error code F3/E3. Technician recommended I have vent cleaned. I called Mr. Vac who came out and cleaned the vent (which they said was not dirty). I still get F3E3. Now they want me to unplug the unit and plug it back in. This is an intermittent problem but I will try it. Also, the clothes are usually still wet/damp and I have to keep resetting the dryer to get them dry. I'm having problems with the new washer as well. Please don't ask me to contact you, I already have.
