Repair man has been here twice for warranty repairs but can’t determine what the problem is. It has been down for three weeks and is costing us time and money. Wish I had bought a Maytag. Had them for 25 years and never had a problem.

The very first time we tried using the washer it was problematic. It would not fill on a regular wash cycle, only on heavy duty. We could only use it on the heavy duty cycle. We called for service and the service technician said it needed a new electric (mother board). The service tech came a week later with a mother board. We have only used this product since December 2021. We hope to have a better long term experience with it.

I haven't used my washer/dryer unit more than a few times yet, but it works well: lots of setting options, works quietly and holds more of a load than I would have thought.
