Brand new out of box installed and leveled on pedestal and it wants to rock away. Thought it was a clothes issue even empty it shakes violently in spin cycle

We had to replace our Whirlpool machines that have worn out and didn't owe us a thing. Many years of clean clothes. It was tough to decide which brand to go with because we really liked our Whirlpool appliances. After seeing the features of this pair, we chose them. No regrets. We are super happy with all the features and really love the fresh hold feature which enables a fan to create airflow into the washer so clothes stay fresh until you place them in the dryer.
