Door will not stay open

I do not have a problem with it other than the door; it may be a good product but the door will not stay open comes down on my head when I'm looking for things I had a service technician out to look at it and they said the four hinges need to be replaced I don't think that's the problem I think there should be an adjustment on the hinges you can tighten to keep the door open , so now they're going to have to come out and put on new hinges and I don't think it's going to fix it they also said it was because it was out of level but I think it is pretty level and I think the hinges are just not strong enough for this door

As of right now we like it, but we will see in the future how long this one will last. It seem like the ones that was made in the passed lasted for years and years and years, and now in these times 5 to 10 years is the life of a appliance.

This freezer is excellent. It's exactly what I was looking for. It has plenty of room, sliding trays, a nice LED light and it only took about 2 hours for the temperature to adjust to 0°.

Our old freezer was on its last legs...We received our GE Freezer yesterday....we are EXTREMELY happy...it is very roomy and we absolutely LOVE the spacers to keep common foods together making it easy to find various items...
