Gorgeous appliance. Well designed, lovely to use. It’s only been a month in the house but no problems so far. It was only noisy as it was starting up when it was first plugged in; since then it is very quiet. The ice cubes are actually really cute. It is magnetic, which was not what the seller had told me, so this was a nice bonus surprise.

Multiple visits and $500+ worth of food thrown away. I have had the repair company come 4 times to fix the refrigerator and still not working. I didn't pay over $4k for this refrigerator to not work. KitchenAid better replace this unit. It's a lemon!

When looking for a new counter depth fridge my wife wanted French door with water and ice, I wanted quality after looking at many many models they all stated to look the same, large plastic dividers between doors leaving small compartments little space was just about to throw in the towel and say just pick one and I noticed the kitchen aid model. It looked heavy duty like the coolers from my restaurant days. Opened it up and one large compartment and metal full shelves from side to side, frankly it's built like a beast. Pricier than the others but I think it is well worth the extra money

I have had this product for three months now and can't say enough good things about it. It looks great and performs well. It holds a ton and is set up well in terms of organization. Lots of room in the freezer and we like the special space for frozen pizza!
